1. Order Cancellation

Once an order has been successfully placed on our Website, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

2. Complaints & Grievances

If you have any product-related or post-delivery complaints or grievances, you must notify us within 15 days from the date of receiving your order.

If your order:

  • Arrives in a physically damaged condition
  • Is defective, expired, or compromised
  • Is different from what was ordered

please contact us immediately with supporting details.

Appropriate action will be taken after verification.

3. Delivery-Related Issues

For any delivery-related issues (such as non-delivery, incorrect delivery status, or delays), please notify us within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Only damaged or defective products are eligible for return
  • Return requests must be raised within 4 working days from the date of delivery
  • Products must be unused and in original packaging

Once the return request is approved:

  • The refund will be processed through Razorpay
  • Refunds will be completed within 15 working days from approval
