At OneFoods, we are committed to delivering your favorite millet-based products quickly and securely. Please read our Shipping Policy below for details regarding order processing, shipping rates, and delivery times.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped safely.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed securely at checkout. We provide standard coverage across India.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will routinely be active within 24 hours.
OneFoods is not liable for any products damaged or lost specifically during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. However, if the product itself is defective, expired, or compromised inside unharmed packaging, please refer back to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you experience any delivery-related issues (such as non-delivery, incorrect delivery status, delays, or unresponsive assigned agents), please notify us strictly within 7 days of receiving the delivery confirmation message from our delivery partner.
